Stringraphy refers to both the original instrument invented and named by composer MIZUSHIMA Kazue in 1992 and to the style of playing it. It is consisting of silk strings with paper cups attached to both ends. Once hundreds of Stringraphy is installed for the concert, it is as if the hall were transformed into a giant harp.
