One pass includes access to the programs scheduled at Tokyo International Forum and Marunouchi Building Hall from March 5 to 8. Some pay-programs such as lunch meetings and “TPAM Fringe” performances are exempt.

After February 16, please register directly at the TPAM General Reception Counter in Tokyo International Forum.
(2) Lunch meetings on March 6, 7 and 8: 1,500 JPY / day / person.
(3) The additional ticket information of the full-length performances scheduled after official TPAM events (TPAM Fringe) will be sent to each applicant.

This includes one stand with equipment (listed below), five Exhibitor Passes, and admission for one person to Lunch Meetings for three days. Five Exhibitor Passes are for visiting all programs scheduled at Tokyo International Forum and Marunouchi Building Hall from March 5 to 8. Some pay-programs such as “TPAM fringe” performances are exempt.

Please note that the booths are limited to 30. Registration will be closed immediately after reaching capacity.

Items inclusive with registration:
One stand (W1800mm X D1500mm X H2100mm) with one table (W1800mm X D600mm X H700mm) and two steel chairs.

Items NOT included in the registration which may be hired:
- NTSC system video set (One 21 inch video monitor, one VHS-NTSC video deck, one video rack and power supply): 60,000 JPY.
- Multi system video set (One 21 inch video monitor, one VHS-NTSC / PAL / SECAM video deck, one video rack and power supply): 75,000 JPY.
- DVD set (One 21 inch video monitor, one DVD deck [Regional Code: 2], one DVD rack and power supply): 63,000 JPY.
- One video rack (W800mm X D614mm X H1221mm): 6,000 JPY.
- 10A / 100V power supply (Two outlets for the plug with two flat parallel prongs [Type A]. Video set not included.): 5,000 JPY.
- One additional steel chair: 650 JPY /each.

* Use of loudspeakers of any kind (included PC) is prohibited in the Booth Area. If necessary, please bring headphones.
* Booth setting and dismantling schedule and other necessary information will be sent to each exhibitor individually.
(2) A Booth exhibitor can participate in Lunch Meetings that are held on March 6, 7 and 8 for free. Participation of more than one person is with regular charge (1,500 JPY / day / person).

“Visual Presentation” allows you to introduce your works to presenters with videos and actual performances.

(2) Two Visual Presenters can participate in Lunch Meeting on the day of their presentation without charge. Participation of more than two people or on other days is with regular charge (1,500 JPY / day / person).

Cancellation charges are as follows. Notification of any change or cancellation must be made during our business time. Exception will be our out of consideration.

- 14 days before check-in date: 20 percent
- 2 days before check-In date: 50 percent
- 1 day before check-In date or on check-in date: 100 percent
- No show: 100 percent
