An improvisational performance of story musicians, a needlework artist and a lighting designer. Hard to tell whether it’s a music concert, dance, circus or theater performance, but the story is woven with sounds, cloth and light, and the audience is in the story and taken to a far place before they know it.

Circus of tailor

Established in 2014, circo de sastre, or the Sartorial Circus in Spanish, is a group of artists of different disciplines: “CINEMA dub MONKS”, the unit of Daiho Soga and Gandhi Nishigaki who are gaining popularity both in Japan and overseas for their music with stories; “Suzuki Takayuki”, a fashion brand from Tokyo; and Takashi Watanabe, lighting designer widely known for his unique lighting design.

Registration for TPAM is required to receive the benefit.
