Method of Payment

Payment can be made by either credit card or bank transfer.
Please choose at the last step of Online Registration procedures.

■ For Booth Exhibitors

Booth Presentation is for promoting a group's activities using documents and videos at a booth situated in the main TPAM venue.

(1) Registration fee

Early Bird: 55,000 JPY (Before November 30 [JST])
Normal: 60,000 JPY (Deadline: January 31, 2010 [JST])

note1) This includes one stand with equipment (listed below), three Exhibitor Passes. Three Exhibitor Passes are for visiting all programs scheduled at Tokyo Metropolitan Art Space from March 1 to 4. Some pay-programs such as “TPAM Showcase” performances are exempt.
note2) Write your name and your group’s name on your pass and keep it visible when in TPAM venues. Passes cannot be given to others.

* Please note that the communication speed by Wireless LAN depends on the traffic volume.
* Wired internet is NOT available at the venue.
* Booth setting and dismantling schedule and other necessary information will be sent to each exhibitor individually.

(2) Optional Hired Equipment

The following is the list of optional equipments that can be hired in addition to the above and charges for them.

(3) Selling goods at your booth

If you wish to sell goods at your booth, please notify Secretariat of Tokyo Performing Arts Market in advance.

(4) Online Registration

To participate as Booth Exhibitors, please register your information from the "Booth Exhibitor Registration Form" button below.

◆ Revising registered information ◆

Information that you have registered can be revised until the deadlines shown below (you will need the ID and password issued on registration)
Please note that the revision system closes on the deadline days and the information on the days will be printed in our brochures, website, pamphlet, and contact lists.

Note 1)Please note that your contact details will be listed on the TPAM 2010 Contact List.

Note 2)Information of groups that register by November 30 will be printed on brochures that will be distributed in the middle of January.

Note 3)The additional ticket information of “TPAM Showcase” (full-length performances which will be presented from February 27 to March 5 outside the TPAM main venue) will be sent to each applicant.

Note 4)The booths are limited to 50. Please note that the registration will be closed immediately after reaching capacity.

(5) Extra Members Registration

If more than three passes are needed, please use “Extra Members Registration Form” below.
* ID and password that are issued at online registration are required.

Extra pass: 4,000JPY. (five passes maximum)
Registration deadline: February 17, 2010 (JST)

■ For Visual Presenters

Visual Presentation is for introducing productions using video images (approximately 10 minutes with a 120 inch screen) at a space next to booth presentation area of the TPAM main venue.

* Please understand in advance that we might not be able to accept all applications if there are excessive number of applicants. We will tell the representative of your group when your application is accepted.

(1) Registration fee

Visual Presentation: 35,000 JPY (Deadline: January 8, 2010 [JST])

Note 1)This includes two Artist Passes. Two Artist Passes are for visiting all programs scheduled at Tokyo Metropolitan Art Space from March 1 to 4. Some pay-programs such as “TPAM Showcase” performances are exempt.

Note 2)Write your name and your group’s name on your pass and keep it visible when in TPAM venues. Passes cannot be given to others.

(2) Required DVD and information

We require in advance the Visual Presenters to send us the DVD which will be screened on the day and the information on your work. For more details, we will contact you after your registration.

Deadline: February 12, 2010 (JST)

(3) Online Registration

To participate as Visual Presenters, please register your information from the “Visual Presenter Registration Form” button below.

(4)Extra Members Registration

If more than two passes are needed, please use “Extra Members Registration Form” below.

Extra pass: 4,000JPY. (three passes maximum)

■ For TPAM Showcase Artists

TPAM Showcase is a program that introduces performances, studio showings or shows in other forms held in Tokyo area during the TPAM period (February 27 - March 5, 2010) to the TPAM participants.

Companies, artists or presenters who are going to have a show in the area during the period can register for TPAM Showcase (the registration form is only in Japanese).

We offer

1. Distribution of the information of your performance by our website, pamphlet and newsletters to the TPAM participants, most of whom are professional presenters.

2. Inclusion of your contact information in the contact list that will be distributed to the TPAM participants and given to you beforehand (the complete contact list that includes day-ticket participants will be provided afterward).

3. Operation of priority ticket booking for TPAM participants at the main venue of TPAM

Please note that these are all what TPAM offers and you have to manage everything else, including ticket booking for general audiences, as you regularly do.

Registration fee: 30,000 JPY (Deadline: January 31, 2010 [JST])

(1) Registration fee

To participate as visitor, please purchase “Visitor Pass” that is valid for four days or “One Day Pass.”


< Visitor Pass >

One Visitor Pass includes access to the programs scheduled at Tokyo Metropolitan Art Space from March 1 to 4. Some pay-programs such as “TPAM Showcase” performances are exempt.

Early Bird: 8,000 JPY (Before February 16, 2010 [JST])

Normal: 10,000 JPY (After: February 17 [JST])


< One Day Pass >

One One Day Pass includes one-day access to the programs scheduled at Tokyo Metropolitan Art Space from March 1 to 4. Some pay-programs such as “TPAM Showcase” performances are exempt.

Early Bird: 3,000 JPY (Before February 16, 2010 [JST])

Normal: 4,000 JPY (After: February 17 [JST])


Note 1) After February 17, please register directly at the TPAM General Reception Counter in Tokyo Metropolitan Art Space.

Note 2) Write your name and your group’s name on your pass and keep it visible when in TPAM venues. Passes cannot be given to others.
